5 Amazing and Useful Apps I can't Live Without

My phone is the dearest thing to me. It's like a secret diary of mine. I'm pretty sure, it's the same for you.

Well,

If not the same, then, at least, its something that you use every day for basic networking and entertainment purpose. One way or another,  It's something that we can't live without.

Given that, today's world is extensively technology-driven, we have numerous software and apps available in the market. But, it's up to us to decide whether we wanna use this technology and screentime for good or for worse.
I personally am very particular when it comes to the apps that I store and use on my phone. I believe in constant learning and exploring the unexplored.  Hence, I make sure to get rid of every app that unnecessarily consumes my screentime and doesn't even contribute to my learning and well-being.

Well then, here's a list of the apps on my phone that I absolutely love, use it every day and can't live without.

1. Sadhguru

Not too long ago, I convinced myself to do yoga and meditation for my own physical and mental well-being.  I downloaded and tried a whole bunch of apps that could guide me well. But nothing did justice since I was a novice. In this process, I came across Sadhguru and the app. Ever since then, my life has completely changed. If you do not know him, then, Sadhguru, is an Indian Yogi, Mystic, an author, and a visionary. I've been following him for almost 4 months now and the app has become a part of my daily morning routine.

The guided yoga and meditations in the app are very easy to follow. Not to forget, it's totally free. Besides this, what I love most about the app is it's not just about yoga and meditations. But, there are also daily wisdom quotes, articles, videos, and podcasts. Sadhguru's words are like magic to my ears and healing to my soul. In one word, Life-changing.
It is available both in the App Store and Google Play store.

2. 7M Workout

Just like the Sadhguru app is a part of my morning ritual, the 7M workout is a part of my daily evening routine. As the name suggests, it is a fitness and workout app. There are so many workout apps available, however, most of them require membership and subscription. But this, Uh-huh! Absolutely Free!!!!
Whether you wanna lose weight, stretch, sweat, work the upper body or abs or butt or back, you can have it all. The best thing is that all the exercises just take 7 minutes but still you burn a fair amount of calories. Absolutely amazing as it helps me stay fit and active.
It is available both in the App Store and Google Play Store.

3. Pinterest

The social networking app that I use the most is Pinterest. It is a search engine network like Google, however, the only difference is that, Pinterest is a visual search engine. The app is so informative and because it is a visual platform, every pins and idea look so aesthetically pleasing. I completely lose track of the time when I'm using it. I use this platform to discover new ideas and enhance my creativity. I personally follow and look for ideas related to interior designs, travel destinations, food recipes, and DIY projects.
You can find and follow me on Pinterest right here:

4. Apple Books

If you love reading books just like me, then you will definitely love this app. Or, the chances are that you already use this app. I actually prefer to read physical books but because there is a nationwide lockdown and I'm Quarantined right now, I switched to e-books. Honestly, I really regret disregarding this app all this time because it is amazing. You can set yourself daily goals, mine is 30 minutes read per day but I always end up surpassing it. You can also change the font size, highlight and look up the text, and adjust the background color as well. I am currently reading, "How to win friends and influence people", by Dale Carnegie. As soon as I finish, I'll start reading "Sapiens" by Yuval Noah Harari.
This app comes pre-installed in iOS and macOS operating systems. But, don't worry Android users. As an alternative, you can use Google Play Books, which I believe is pre-installed in Android Phones. If not, you can always download it for free.

 5. Q365

Q365 is a journal app, or, to simply put, it is a Virtual Diary. I came across this app a month ago and ever since then, it has become my favorite.  I wish I had found this app earlier.
This app is so interesting and unique because it is nothing like the other virtual diary and journal apps.
It asks you one question each day. You only need to write down the answer and save it. The same question is repeated a year later. This way you can reflect back on your answers to the same question after years. How interesting is that?
The questions that they ask are also very interesting. It makes you think about yourself, your life, and your emotions. It truly helps you to reflect on yourself.
The only disheartening part is that it is currently only available on iOS.
But, you can always use your own physical diaries to write journals and reflect on yourself.

So, these were my absolute go-to and favorite apps. You can try them too.

But, first, What are your favorite apps? What do you use the most?

Let me know in the comment section down below. I would love to give a try.

XO
